L -  7.5 inches (19 cm) –  typically fits wrists that are 6.5 to 7.0 inches (16.5 to 17.8 cm) around.
 
to find the right size, measure your wrist and add about 0.5 to 1 inch (1cm to 2.5 cm) for comfort.
